By "non consensual actions", I'm strictly talking about actions like rape, or situations where NPCs force themselves onto the player.

When I said "Forced Exposure", I mean situations where the player just doesn't have the option to cover up, and has to progress nude or barely clothed.

I know it's a bit convoluted, I'll probably change the wording. 

Hello, on my main Itch page I stated that futa won't be something that I'll make. Mostly out of technical limitations and personal taste.

It's fine, I don't mind suggestions . Trust me when I say that's one of the more tame ones I've gotten, lol...

The urination system is finished. I can't really make a "hydration" system to change the color because drinking isn't a feature in the game.

The system right now just works on a fill rate timer you can edit. 

It is a non-descript Android phone, but I didn't put any branding on it.

I've had plans to eventually add more animations for her, mainly different idles and walks when she is less confident in herself. Animation reactions to rain is something I'll put down too, but it probably won't be in the first public alpha version.

I think NPC reactions to rain is a good idea, I'll put it in with my notes. Maybe I can make them spawn with umbrellas if it's going to rain.

As for snow, Sabia's town is in a region where it doesn't snow, so I'm not really worrying about that.

Mhm, I haven't seen many other games out right now that do weather, or if they do, it's not that fleshed out.

For weather/wetness having gameplay effects in the future, I was thinking maybe heavy fog could help obscure the player. I'm not really sure what I could do with the player being wet, but I am open to suggestions.

Hmm, I was just keeping my windows shut until the reported pollen outside went down. I didn't even think about getting an air purifier, lol. Thanks for the suggestion!

Yes, her drying rate is simply a value that I can change. She dries while naked in ~30 seconds, ~1:45 while wearing wet clothes, and ~15 seconds while wearing a dry towel/bathrobe.

I want to refrain from confirming any concrete release windows because frankly I have no idea what will happen in the future. Though, I will say, I am getting down to the last few new features that will be in the demo, and then I will need to do rounds of bugfixing, polishing, and playtesting before I will release it to the public. I know that "I don't know" probably isn't the answer you'd want to hear, but I would rather be honest than break any promises.

You can totally sneak outside with a towel! I do have a towel model for her to wear.

Having it come off by itself would be tricky to code, but not impossible. Her clothes don't have world physics, so I couldn't make it slide off of her dynamically. With my current setup, it's definitely possible for it to just... pop off of her body and appear on the ground. Though, it would be a bit confusing to be running in a towel, and then suddenly be naked. Definitely possible, though.

If you mean when the public Alpha will release, I don't know. I've explained it on my main page, but basically I want to take my time and not rush things.

The alpha will remain on Itch for free, so you don't need to worry about that. I'm more interested in making a good game instead of chasing money.

The alpha release will be on Itch only for the time being. Once the game gets more developed, I'll start to consider Steam.

There is. I've made a fairly robust peeing system that's more in depth than some other similar games.

This one is a bit tricky. I plan for there to be several maps. Reason being is that it will be hard for me to keep performance up if I cram everything into one map. As the neighborhood is now, it's basically at the limit of what I can get away with in terms of stable FPS. Separate maps will allow me a higher poly budget for each map, meaning I can create more detailed locations. I would have to learn some extreme optimizing tricks to maintain the level of detail I have now, and also put everything into one map.

When the public demo releases, it will only contain the neighborhood. The public demo's purpose is just to release *something*so I can focus only on getting the game's core systems working. Over time I plan to release one map with it's missions until everything is completed.

I can't with confidence confirm anything. I want to have the demo out by this year, but there's always something to fix or improve. The most I can say is to just please be patient. I've said before that all of this is new to me and I'm learning as I go. I would rather take my time and make something I like instead of pushing an unfinished, buggy mess.
