It doesn't work properly anymore on Win11.

It worked perfectly on my old Win10 Desktop, but on my new PC the cat is sitting in the middle of the screen and I can't click, either right or left, on it so no interaction possible. 

What could have caused that?

There is also a VR-Version of it, but the base game is not VR.
