One of the best entries I've played for this year's Maywolf, even if I don't see any resemblance to the theme.

Just like the vodka, lukewarm story, writing and implementation of theme, but good art and general assets. I am not the target audience for this but I can't deny the effort put into it, so it still earns my respect.

I wish it was made in ren'py because of the lack of settings, backtracking, etc. And I also with it at least had at least some music in it.

no need it's peakTM

Surprisingly, one of the best entries I've played so far, never stop creating art. I don't even know what else I can say, I am flabbergasted. This was wonderful.

10 skibidis/10, i put my name as sigma and enjoyed it.

i was wondering why the game is 700mb then i looked into the folder and realised there's a 50s video of just static, ggwp sigmas

Mom, can we have ghost stories dub?

We have ghost stories dub at home.

Ghost stories dub at home:

Themes and such

Over all, compelling, nice, short read, great atmosphere and great ren'py code, I will be looking forward to more updates awa awa

Hi again, read this at 4am in the morning and those were the only words I had left in me.

The novel, conceptually, is very neat, but it could use a lot more work. Unfortunately due to the length of the implied story I don't  think it fits with a GameJam per se. Plot-wise, it has a looot of potential and I can't wait to see more updates from this once the jam is over, I will be following the development.

Unfortunately the novel has some very rough edges at the moment, so I'm just going to rant slightly about my personal nitpicks:
* Why is the wolf route not the first one I can do? I would have loved to talk more to them, I genuinely felt like an ass for being forced to pick Liadlao instead. Liadlao's route would only work if the character had any pre-established character development. At the moment where you meet him, you have NO reason to take his route unless forced. The game gives you no reason to dislike Libulan at first (which I think is great, I would love to see more of the fluffy lad).
* The music, although interesting, can be overwhelming and distracting for reading  (yes I am talking specifically about Liadlao's theme). I won't lie though I jammed for a solid 10 minutes just on the music alone.
* There's issues with the pacing and purpose of the characters, and due to the only present route being Liadlao, I find it very, VERY hard to like, relate or enjoy the writing of the main character. I felt like I was in the shoes of another person who would control the outcome for me, which, although fitting for someone that should embody death, there's no real substance in that character that was developed throughout the novel.

On the other hand,
* Art is absolutely great, even if unfinished. The style can end up turning out really really good by the end product and you have my full support on that.

* I adore that the visual novel is voice acted. Due to me being dyslexic, this helps a lot with actually processing all of the information and understanding everything, even if very few lines were not voice acted.
* The character designs themselves are really neat, and some plot points are really cool to follow, especially Libulan's struggle with desiring attention, and the willingness to do anything for that. It's a flaw, by all means, but I appreciate how much the character was developed in such a short time.

That's all for my little essay, looking forward to more updates, the story is intrigueing. :3

I like this visual novel because it gives you the fantasy of being an asshole without any real consequences!

either way let me see adlao's two heavens and longsword in the next update, thank you

fine im bumping it up..

What a ride.

This is one of the most immersive visual novels I have ever played, and such a good introspection on how your mental health can affect others, directly or indirectly. I feel like I was on the boat as well. For a short read, the characters are well developed, well written and impossible to hate.

Collin is such a good representation of depression, and Kurt is such a good example of the consequence of not seeking help. He *wants* to be there, but you're not giving him any reason to stay. Such is life. No matter who you are, people will want to be with you, but it's up to you wether they stay or not, and it's up to you wether you'll be a good friend or not. You will, eventually, start to both slowly lose yourself and everything around you. A void.

Even through the calming waves of the ocean, panic can still happen. You are isolated, even in company.

Frankly I don't even care that it doesn't fit the theme of folklore, it's just a 10/10.
I'm looking forward to anything else you will release, and if the visual novel is the representation of your mental health as an author, I don't hope, I KNOW everything will get better.
