Do you think maybe that is why Vulgor was on the warparth that morning they were leaving on their journey to Strandbard?  Like Varok and Verissa both knew beforehand the plans for Caelan but they didn't mention it to Vulgore until right before he was forced to leave to deliver The Howl summons?.
