Hey buddy,
sorry this is really not possible with html converter even if you had the codebase to play with.
But I made this session today and you are free to use any music from it if you want=)
Hey, thanks for the interest, but this is not possible from technical side. While you could translate some parts the whole codebase is so massive the tool would break instantly.
Total size is more than 400k LOCs with many many files;)
DAWG is made in Unity so web version is techically possible to get from the engine directly, but I think what it makes it unique is that is works on pretty much all other platforms.
Hey, you can check DAWG - Digital Audio Workstation Game: https://dawg-tools.itch.io/dawg-digital-audio-workstation-game
It is meant as a learning tools to help people who want to make music, but finds normal DAWS intimidating.
You can make something similar to a real track and you can even export the wav to use it in your game.
Hey,
DAWG - Digital Audio Workstation game is a Beatmaking game where you can make beats, layer instruments, play with FX and do something creative instead of doom scrooling.
Goal is to check how easy is to to make a basic track. To export a track you need to fill all Scenes (ABCD buttons), then in main menu dropdown go to Export. I am also looking for honest ratings and reviews for the game.

If there are at least 10 participants willing to share a track, I promise 50€ amazon voucher to the winner with the best track, chosen by the community or otherwise.
For all interested sound designers and composers - You can also try your skills with developing or customizing the instrument sounds in the Tuning menu - long hold on the tab to open a wheel menu, or "T" on the keyboard.
Idea for the voucher is to provide funds for something like: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B0BTPPYY8J/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A3JW...
It’s been only 12 days since the 1.1 beta, but we’re already at 69 donwloads across all versions and nearly 200 versions further in with the development.
A lot of work has gone into stability, input support, overall responsiveness and I’m hoping to push the next public build in few days once everything is fully tested and hardened.
Since 1.1 beta, I’ve added:
MIDI Learn
Bluetooth keyboard support with verifed low latency!
Steam Deck controls and sensors
Gamepad support and sensors
Full MIDI pad / RockJam 25 support
Much faster loading times - still working on this=)
DAW grade architecture
A big part of that last point came from reworking the underlying UI/grid architecture so DAWG now keeps its tab/grid scaffolding alive instead of constantly rebuilding it.
That means less waiting, better scheduling, smoother tab switching and much more solid foundation for future updates.
Lots of invisible work, but the kind that makes the whole app feel better.
If all goes well, new build is coming soon.
Hey everyone,
If you run into a bug while playing or testing DAWG, please post it in this thread.
Bug reports help me a lot, especially now while the project is moving quickly and changing often. Even small issues are worth reporting.
When posting a bug report, please include as much of this as you can:
DAWG version (lower right corner of the main menu)
Platform (Windows, Linux, Android, Mac, Steam Deck, etc.)
What happened
What you expected to happen
Steps to reproduce the issue
Screenshots or video, if possible
Helpful example:
Version: Beta 1.1
Platform: Windows 11
Issue: FX tab stops responding after changing tabs
Expected: FX controls should still work
Steps to reproduce: Open Project→ go to FX tab → switch to Master → go back to FX
Extra: Happens every time
Also useful to mention:
does it happen every time or only sometimes
does restarting fix it
does it happen in a fresh session or only in older saves/projects
Thank you to everyone reporting issues and helping improve DAWG.
Every good bug report makes the project better. 🐛
Welcome to the DAWG community!
