If you use the advanced version of SideQuest and tether your PC to your headset, then download and save the APK to your PC, then in advanced SideQuest on your PC select to install the APK file to your VR headset and then there shouldn't be any problems finding the game in your Unknown Sources.

It's better to use your PC browser to download the APK file and then use SideQuest on your PC to connect to your Meta Quest device and sideload the APK file using SideQuest. You just need to purchase the game on this webpage, and you will get a cloud link to download the game. You will also get an Activation Code.  Setup an account to save your purchase and save your Activation Code.  After you've installed the APK file on your Meta Quest device using SideQuest, then in your VR you need to run the app and enter the Activation Code. That's all you need to do. Future updates will require the same sideloading process.
