Are there any plans to add the ability to rotate buildings?

A) How? I don't think I can just drag-n-drop the mods into my preferred order.
B) In that case, why does this mod have the same folder Name as the Original? Both are just named 'Seedbed Pack'

C) I just realized that your version has none of the files necessary to be recognized as its own separate mod, so there's no choice but to override.

Do I just override the original mod's files with this ones?
