thanks for letting us know, could you share please what type of system you are using , pc or mac, etc? thanks!

thanks glad you enjoyed it, and well done for getting to the end!

great art and sounds, pure gameboy soul! really enjoyed this one nice work

this was really fun, and pure gameboy soul all over it. a gambling rpg is a great idea that could be developed into a full release, nice one!

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it, yeah I was surprised by how tricky it is to do!

Those questions are all answered in the main questions thread here FYI!

And it's 60 mins not 60 seconds haha that would be an insane jam

ok perfect thank you for confirming that, this will be fun, im looking forward to it!

Hi, this looks fun, I do have a couple of questions...

Just to make sure I've understood, we can make the game for 1 hour at any time during the 4 days the submissions are open for? And this does not include the time it takes to make the itch page and upload and submit the game? Just 1 hour to actually create the game itself?

Are we able to use asset packs for art or must everything be made from scratch during the 1 hour? Same question for audio?

Thank you!

haha that quote at the top there made me actually LOL, like for real out loud. great stuff, might have to add that to the game! thanks for playing and commenting and glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks, great comments, glad you enjoyed it!

hey thanks glad you enjoyed! yes I know what you mean re- the enemies. i never managed to properly finish the laser chase behaviour, so i think hes actually harder to outrun at earlier levels and the longer you survive the slower he gets, so that isn't ideal! but hey its a jam and it works so I'll take it :D

Haha thats epic, i wondered if anyone would get beyond the backdrop! If you kept going a little further it actually crashes at 101 layers.... I set the array to 100 and have just been hoping no one would crash it haha

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it

nice idea, and satisfying when you just make it over a slope just in time. cool music too

hey thanks glad you enjoyed it! yeah i had a lot of fun making this one, it came together nicely in the end - its my partner who can take credit for coming up with the name tooty haha - cheers, really fun jam, nice one

very fun little experience that, nice art and sound too. liked it alot

nice combination of mechanics. very satisfying when i managed to coordinate everything properly, and funny when i didnt. nice one!

fun game, lots of personality. cool.

amazing thanks for playing! the game could really do with some balancing, classic jam game

hey man hope you are good, that was fun, and really like the visual style too. nice work!

i had fun playing this, getting a last minute turn in and watching the other ships crash around you is rather satisfying - nice one!

had alot of fun playing this, nice one - really liked the controls once i got into the swing of it, so to speak

that was fun nice one, i got 11 kills. nice colour palette too

thats a really cool idea, had fun playing this one its really satisfying getting the whole room in one chain

you need to press start or A i think... and also if you full screen it I think it loses focus too so when you hit full screen you then have to click on it to get the focus back - annoying i know sorry!

thanks so much - very kind words! really glad you enjoyed it

thanks for playing!

thanks mate glad you enjoyed the game, pete and rob smashed it with the visuals and audio for sure! just had a go at your game too thats pretty addictive, will be streaming playing through a load of games from the jam this week myself so will feature yours on that. nice one!

this was great, loved the art and music, and general premise made me chuckle too. nice one!

haha thank you! and nice bug find, yeah it seems the level is in its completed state but somehow the door got shut again... ah what it is to be a jam game eh?

Just a layer of sprites with low opacity in a canvas group so they would all get rendered as one and not create overlapping shadows, took a while to figure that out!

these sound great!

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

Wow thank you thats very kind - fingers crossed!

Thanks so much glad you liked it!

Haha thanks - gotta have a dramatic death animation

Hey hey thanks, glad you like the mechanic. You can reset the level with Enter but I did wish after publishing it that I had maybe added a reminder of that within each level when needed!

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

Great thanks glad you had fun, thats great thanks for streaming some too will deffo take a peak at that!

Hey thanks, will have to try shaggy space... that name has got me intrigued!
