Add controller support, and Steam Input API support for the Steam release. I have a controller profile for the game as a non-Steam game and it works great. I already made a post about it but I wanted to mention it here in this thread.

I think adding a calendar and having “days off” on the weekend would be a good way to manage time and give the player time to explore or relax. Give Dr. Kel weekends off so he can feed his robot cat.

Btw Shift and Enter on Y and B are for signal related menus. They don’t have any real effect the rest of the time.

Hi, I know the game is still in development, but I think adding controller support at some point would be nice. I’ve made my own controller configuration using Steam Input to make the game playable on Steam Deck. I’ve made three revisions of it, and think I’ve made a pretty good one based off the Xbox 360 controller. I personally find the game comfortable to control with a controller. I know there’s some issues with typing on the console, but making  a menu to easily pick commands and names would be good for accessibility. The game is intended for a Steam release, so I think adding Steam Input API support would be amazing. I’m thinking of making a YouTube video about my controller profile for the game and showing how to set it up. Also, I figured out how to make the hotbar usable and keypads easy to use. Steam Input is great :D
