same issue, what is going on and why won't they respond to the problem

I know, I keep getting this error too. And like you I'm going through the Itch.io app.

The few times I tried to update the game I keep getting thing error.

I'm not sure what's going on but for that last few updates I haven't been able to start a new game. When I hit new game, it hits load game and it has an auto save file with all five characters and nothing in the other save spots. And when I go to hit the X nothing happens.

It's either AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU

When I try to boot up the game I get an error message: A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I'm using the itch app on my laptop at when I go to update the game it says it can't because "This title is hosted on an incompatible third-party website.

When trying to update my version to 0.14 on the itch program on my PC, it says it can't because it is hosted on an incompatible third party website. 

Hey, I just got this through the itch app, and every time I boot it up it crashes. It opens to a blank black screen and then times out.

I've gone to my "My Purchases" page to download 9.1A and it will only let me download the previous version. Is there any way you can help me out?

I don't know if its the game or me, but I've just tried to play after the latest update and it won't start up. I've redownloaded it and same thing happens.

It's not starting up. I downloaded it, deleted it, and redownloaded it and it still won't start up.

I finished all the quests that are available, but the last two on the main quests and the last one on the character quest aren't a check mark but a circle with a line through it. What does this mean?

Same here. I use the itch.io app and it doesn't have the update for the game. I'm looking forward to actually playing the game but at the moment I also can't download it.

Ok that would be a no. I'm on the beta one because I'm playing this through the itch.io computer app and the only one I can download through the app is the beta one. the v0.0.1c one isn't an option to download.

I don't know about anyone else but if that setting is in the setting option on the home screen then it won't let me into that section. No matter how much i click on it, it won't open up.

I works sort of. Though I wish I could be able to use the itch app to play it like I do the other games that i play on itch.

I have played this game before and it was pretty fun. But here when I try to play it after downloading it, it says there is an error.

Yeah I can pick the people I want but I can't hit the battle button to begin. The game seems interesting to me but right now it's unplayable.

When I get to the first character selection, its to close up. I can choose between Raven, Starfire, and Terra but I can't see or select anything else because its to close up.

It might be because I'm trying to download it in the itch app. Every time I download it, it pops up doc files when I try to launch it.

Downloading it doesn't work. All that pops up are doc files.

Ok, and yes every time I redownloaded the game a window popped up asking for permission.

The game will download but it does come up when I try running it.
