Yes. Now that we have the original assets I keep coming back to my game from time to time and try to make new sprites based on what we now know from the original. But I can't give you a date or exact plan when I rework what part.

Hi! From my understanding, the retro arch core can only play RPG Maker 2000/2k3 games. This was done with RPGM MZ. 

On which platform do you want to run it? Maybe I can find a better way for you.

It also feels like a full circle for me to watch gameplay filmed from a phone screen because that's how I was watching the original game to make this remake. x3 

Thank you and have fun with Xenogears! All three Xeno-franchises are sort of similar, but also very different beasts, so I hope you can enjoy each of them on their own merit. If you get to disc 2 of Xenogears you will understand why everyone loves its story so much. But I hope that you will also enjoy Saga, which is much more sci-fi and focused on characters. It's not for everyone, but please give it a chance. Pied Piper will also help to fill some gaps and add to some characters and story-arcs.

I can’t give any promises right now, but it seems like it’s possible to build a file for android out of the web-version. So it’s not impossible. 

But for now you can play the web-version above on an android device directly on your browser.

I checked the numbers and there are in fact multiple errors/mismatches between the weapon descriptions and the actual stats. I probably rebalanced things and forgot to update the description. Thank you for reporting this.

I wasn't able to reproduce the mouse-click issue but will look into it again on another device. If this is only giving you issues for changing the on-screen characters, you can also enable the touch UI in the menu, which will give you a switch character button. 

Thank you for the suggestion! That makes a lot of sense. But I will only allow the status-cure if at least one character has Refresh. 

Thank you for reporting this! It certainly sounds like a big glitch. I will try to find the reason. 

Sorry, I don't have plans to do something like this right now, but I wouldn't rule it out as the core of the game is running on a chromium web-engine, which should be easy to port into a smartphone app. But until then you can play the game in your browser with touch-controls by pressing the "Run game" button above. Or you can also connect a controller to your smart device via bluetooth and play the game with that.

The game isn't very demanding and you could try out the Mac OS version. But on Windows it might not work on versions below Windows 10. But feel free to try out both versions and let me know if they work or not. If both don't work, you can still play the game on a web-browser by clicking on the "Run game" button above.

Haha, yeah, the release of the original game's dump and my project overlapped a little bit. But as a fan myself, I'm super happy that we finally have multiple ways to enjoy this once lost story now! And I'm glad to hear you enjoy it! Thank you for playing and have fun with it!

It is possible to open all segment doors, but some are hidden a bit mean. You will need to use Lactis’ ability to see gold chests in earlier dungeons in order to find all decoders.
