Thanks for your warm opinion! Your flashlight has a toggle (F on the keyboard), but don't let the battery run out. The lights on the first level of the bunker should trip after you complete the circle.

Please note that there was a shotgun before the ladder that is used to shoot the smiling enemy to scare it off. I know it was not highlighted in yellow like the other interactable objects. This has been fixed in the patch v1.1
