Oh alright! Just wanted to make sure ^^

Hello! When you go through the ancestries in the beginning of the game and pick Aeda, it increases your agility and persuasion stat. This doesn’t appear to be an issue, but when you look at the Aeda description, it literally uses the word perception to describe the Aeda’s unique attribute. Was this stat increase meant to be in agility and perception instead?

I have a question. Will the books we’re able to read in the duchy be important in the future when it comes to dialogue options, or are they just there to give us more content on the world? 

I remember I was planning to comment a while ago and yap about something, but I forgot what…

If I have to read another mysterious letter because people are too afraid to talk to me face-to-face, my Sherlock will just go back to rotting in his room b/c people are too much of a bother.

I think the MC is barely a human being tbh. I wonder if that’s a new thing or if were always somewhat inhuman,

It’s also partly because I think I would have heart palpitations if I saw my name in an IF— even if I was the one who chose it😭 Although I don’t use they/them pronouns, there being no they/them option surprised me! Honestly, I feel like we might get a chance to select our pronouns REALLY late in game since, besides Sebastian (Nathanial) calling you “Sir”, the MC doesnt really get referred to by pronouns.

Low-key this is going to come out of nowhere, and is SO random, but I feel like it only makes sense on this site

So tell me why, IRL, I am a bisexual woman with short hair that prefers anything feminine. Tomboys, normal girls, pretty girls, femboys, pretty boys, truthfully anything with long eyelashes counts. I prefer comfortable clothing and I ADORE sweaters, another thing to note is that I rarely ever wear skirts. 

But when I play an IF I choose to be a gay (who also is attracted to those who are non-binary) man with hair so long it could rival rapunzel who loves wearing dresses and skirts and all the like. There isn’t much of a difference in personality besides the fact that I play as a less outgoing character in these games.

Like, I don’t want to be a man nor do I feel like one. If reincarnation exists, however, I would prefer to be a man to see what it’s like. I’m also a Fujoishi but I honestly find it so funny that in an IF I play as a character thats completely different to myself.

I don’t really use Discord, but honestly, I don’t mind the comments ^^ I do like to yap though, so that would be nice

Okay I’m a little scared now… I never considered myself a person to be blinded by good looks but tbh I think his DAZZLING face blinded me to those red flags😖😖😖

Agreed. Maybe if I had gotten Simon’s route first, I would be more of a fan of him. About the power options part, I avoid those b/c I would like to optimize empathy and logic ^^

To be honest, I think we need to see more of these two first. (also I uhm… in my play through, I never really wanted to be treated humanely nor did express a wish to leave so I probably got the better experience)

I STILL need to defend Pookie Issac though even though I mostly agree with you. Issac doesnt really do the abusing, it’s Nathaniel (Sebastian) doing most of the mistreatment. And, this is a horrible argument tbh, but we could be treated a LOT worse by Issac. I’m pretty sure that he doesn’t only take care of the MC because it’s his duty, but because he NEEDS us for some reason. If that’s all, we just be locked up in a room while occasionally being fed blood. Issac is a bit benevolent in letting us explore and wander about. 

Also, can you give some examples of Issac mistreating the MC besides the dinner? It’s not that I don’t believe you, but I literally never triggered him, so when you mention his mistreatment, I have no idea what you’re talking about and I can’t argue against something if I don’t know what happened😭😭😭

I have no idea why I keep calling Nathaniel Sebastian but alls well that ends well. Remember that you’re entitled to your own opinion about the characters, as am I. TBH, I don’t even dislike Simon THAT much. He just is my least favorite

ALSO I’m an Issac apologist so lemme excuse him really quickly. First of all, EVERYONE kills us when we fail their respective survival games .Also we get to bite HIM so I find that a fair trade. Also, as explained in game, each character has urges that they struggle controlling, so during the dinner, Issac’s not in full control of himself.

Also, we’re technically not his ONLY option. He could experiment further on the carriers as well. But I guess I can’t debate that since we’re the only “normal” non-infected around.

I personally dislike Simon quite a bit more because of the MC’s personal trauma. They had gone through horrible experiments in the past, so I feel like they wouldn’t like a character that EXPERIMENTS ON THEM without consent.

I also feel like Simon isn’t considerate of the MC and their situation unlike Anthony and Issac (to an extent). We all know that Anthony is a really caring individual with strong empathy, but even Issac shows some amount of care and consideration for us (He cares more than hes considerate, but even a little bit counts). Now, Simon could be more caring in future chapters, but RN, he’s the character that seems to care the least for the MC. Im not really counting Sebastian b/c he’s not one of the romantic interests, but he takes care of the MC and only uses force when he has to. I don’t care about Sebastian though, so honestly, my defense for him is somewhat weak.

The other three would NEVER. But of course, you can like babygirl Frankenstein and I can dote over babygirl pookie Dracula

I’m delulu too (for Issac) but I’m pretty sure the reason was because Anthony just kills us if we fail that survival event…. 😖😖😖

Once a good boi, always a good boi. Honestly, I still don’t fully trust Anthony because I died to him by messing around like twice (or once. Im not sure if the person who kills the player in chapter five when they explore the basement is Anthony) but so far he seems chill. Issac still takes the top spot unless he does something mean to the player in future chapters.

Edit: Also I Iove how Simon or Anthony tends to be the favorite but I’ll stand by Issac forever. And, unrelated, but I don’t think I would’ve discovered the other routes w/o comments telling me how to find them since typically disobeying Nathaniel leads to the player’s death

Just started the Anthony route and I… I don’t hate it? Could we have a genuine contender to pookie Issac? SPOILERvvvv

Why is he so compassionate and considerate I can’t hate him. And he’s a doggo and every doggo deserves pats so even better! I don’t really like muscular MEN but size doesn’t matter— what’s on the inside counts more. 

Also I’m so scared rn because why is Sebastian and pookie Issac here now? I can’t believe I went against my gut instinct and agreed to rest again >:{

I haven’t tried Anthony’s route yet but I’m pretty sure Issac beats them all out no completion 

Maybe Anthony will win me over but that means he has to be nicer to me than Issac which will prove a bit challenging. I’m interested to learn more about all three of these messed up characters because even if Issac is my favorite, he far from an Angel (Dw Issac you’re still an Angel in my eyes💕)

Okay humans, I just started Simon’s route (yippee!) and I miss pookie Issac.

Spoiler:

He wouldn’t DRUG me and I would be able to nom on Issac freely because I’m just a hungry lil guy in my previous play through (funnily enough, Im actually a cis-girl but whatever no one cares). And also, WDYM IT TAKES 30 LOGIC TO CONVINCE SIMON? Pookie Issac would NEVER😤. If you can update comments, I’ll write more of my opinion on this rip-off Frankenstein…

Edit: NOW I HAVE TO HOLD MY BREATH AND HIDE? Oh my gawd I would never have to do this at the mansion :<

Everybody is talking about Simon and Anthony but I haven’t met either. Was too focused on pookie Issac I guess. It’s shocking that I missed two entire characters though. Besides the fact that I only interacted with Issac, this game is REALLY fun! It’s easy to digest but it also has some meaty lore and interesting dialogue (yum yum). I’m glad to see more of this game ^^
