I have read  https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed.

I uploaded my game two weeks ago. https://curiousbyte.itch.io/blink 

It has 100 downloads but it still has not been indexed. It is free, is it because it is my first game ? 

But it has been two weeks

I even contacted support but got no answer. Thanks in advance
