The art was nice and the music fit the mood, but it felt a bit repetitive having most of the game just killing enemies over and over. The game overall was pretty good.

I'm glad you liked the art! It took up most of our time, which is why our game is quite short, but we are thinking of making a sequel or adding a longer story line.

Great game! The music really sets the mood, and I like how the game mechanics are simple but fun. I ran into a game breaking error, but aside from that it was an amazing game! Here is a screenshot of the error in  case you need it.

That's strange... You.png is a file used in my game. I'll try playing in incognito to see if it fixes things.

I tried replaying the game from the start, but the error happened again at the same spot. It also happened when I selected 'Continue' in the main menu.

I found a type error at the start of the gauntlet... Do you think it is something you could fix?

Did you make the art yourself?

I encountered the same problem too. What we did is we deployed the game, then deleted all the json files that allow you to load characters into the character generator. It might work for you, just make sure you have a backup copy of the game in case it doesn't work.

Fixed it! It is now embedded in the browser correctly.

I am trying to embed the game in the page, but getting an error. Check back soon for an update.

I think a game over screen would be a bit nice, since the screen just stays normal.

My sibling completed it.

I liked the art but found it difficult when jumping since I can't see what I'm jumping to.

When I fought the slimes, I always ended up pushing them through the obstacles, and they would not be able to leave to continue their path. I thought it might be a minor bug that you could fix.

I found 2 secrets, then got stuck getting up from the chest. The extra speed moves you too far.

But I still enjoyed it!

Also, the light around the key in the fire area doesn't disappear when you take the key. I thought it might be a bug.

Such a cool game! The music really sets a nice mood. After getting the fire and water orbs, I got stuck trying to go around a group of barrels in the next room.

How did you get past level 6? I got stuck there.

When I read the memory things, after it was done the faces kept showing up. Seems like a bug.

How many ingriedients are there?

Found it a bit glitchy too.

I find the fight with the golems too hard.  But the game would be almost perfect otherwise!

I love how it is on a note book, and how the character is a stickman. I would find it easier if the arrow keys were used, but it is awesome!

I ended up using the same tileset for my game. I enjoyed the combat, but the story was kinda boring.

On my screen it kept glitching. I also couldn't play any of my cards. If those were fixed, I would probrobly love it!

I found it too hard to wall jump in the first spot. At one point I got stuck on the edge of a spike pit, and I could only move into the spikes.

I found it hard to move my boat, and couldn't get my fishing rod to work.

Really nice character art and music.

There are 4 secrets in total. Did you find the one beyond the spikes?

This was my first game jam! My dad's, too.

We found a bug that could block you from finishing the game. Fixed now!
