Looks great and I love the sound design, especially the idea of the piano when the player is walking. The piano gets a bit repetitive, but maybe it could just fade in and out a piano version of the theme playing to overlay it when walking.
To anyone playing this you can double jump and also combine this with the far jump (shift). The screen alignment is off for me (2560x1440p), which means I don't quite see the full HUD. The colours between the board and the world seem to be switched I think (green controls blue)? Maybe it would be simpler to only let the player control 4 beats instead of 16, unless the later levels require the complexity. But I like the idea and the art style it is going for! The animations and death effects are great.
I guess you shouldn't really die in this but I did! The art style is very consistent and the music fits well, too. I also like how complete the package is with title pages, tutorial etc.
