Thanks man, I really appreciate the support !

Yes, full game will be released on Amiga here.

There are two more worlds, each 5 stages.

I am also adding some bonus content, 3 secret levels, with mini bosses and secret weapons.

And a balance/randomize patch. So that waves are not fixed, and each playthrough will be a little different.

The first world is kind of easy, you are meant to stock up your gear to prepare for the next worlds. Rest of the game is not so easy.

I will not release the game unless i am able to finish it in normal difficulty. (not able to beat it yet lol)

Regarding your question about AHI, since I dont have hardware, it will be difficult. But it is something I can emulate in UAE I could try maybe

Btw, nice kit there ! Jealous !

Wow thank you, it is an honor to be featured by IndieRetroNews !

nice run ! one tip, when your yellow bar charges, you can use your Breaker to dismantle thougher opponents ! It recharges as you graze enemy bullets ! Controller is wired to button X with UAE bundled installs.

thanks bro, enjoy !

I've just released Heliobane for the Amiga 1200: the first world of my vertical shooter HELIOBANE, rebuilt for AGA. Five stages over the star Aurel, each ending with a Herald boss that fills the screen. Between stages, Old Mott sells you guns from his salvage tug, and there are campaign saves and a high-score table.

Heliobane (Amiga), stage 1: the Tharsis Belt

It's free, or name your own price: https://coze.itch.io/heliobane-amiga

You don't need an Amiga to play it. The Windows, macOS and Linux downloads come with FS-UAE and AROS's free Kickstart replacement, set up as an A1200 with a 68030 at 50 MHz. Unzip it and start it. Keyboard or gamepad; a pad plays as a CD32 pad.

If you have the real thing, there's a hard disk image with two builds: one for a 68030 with fast RAM, and one for a stock A1200 (68EC020, 2 MB chip RAM). The stock build holds 25 fps through most of the game; the last two Heralds slow it down in their heaviest phases. You need AGA, Kickstart 3.1, Workbench 3.1 and a PAL screen, and it runs from a hard disk or CF card, not floppies.

So far I've only run it in emulators. If you try it on a real A1200, I'd like to hear how it went, good or bad.

The full HELIOBANE for Windows, macOS and Linux has three worlds and fifteen stages and comes to Steam in November. Its demo went out on Steam today: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5328700/
