We have had problems with people leaving fake predatory links and saying "New update!" we have reported them to Itch and that might have resulted in harder moderation in our comment section - but i don’t understand why your comment was removed.
To answer you question: No it is not intentional that the ticket symbols change if you start scratching manually and then, before finishing, switch to the scratch bot. It was a result of how the tickets were generated. We have fixed the issue and it will be in the next update =D
That is wired. It should open the pause menu with audio settings and the option to reset your game - try pressing esc that should open the pause menu as well.

The ending has been changed to reflect that there is more content to come and allow players to continue scratching even when there is no more to unlock

If you play in the browser would you be able to send a screenshot of the console, so we can see the error that happens when the game crashes? (It should open if you press F12)
