Hey dev. Is it possible to enable the Wayland display driver for the Linux builds? X11 is slowly being deprecated in distros and desktop environments as Wayland is replacing it. As far as I can see, the Godot version you used seems to be below 4.3, so you’ll have to upgrade it and enable it. You can do this by following the instructions provided here: https://godotengine.org/article/dev-snapshot-godot-4-3-dev-3/#wayland-support-for-linux

Note that this might break the game and not allow it to be launched. If that is the case, ask for help in the Godot forums or disable it and enable it someday later.

What do you mean you can’t run the executable? Is the execute ‘x’ permission set for the file for your user/group? Try running ‘chmod +x <executable>’ and then try running it.

Not needed. You can access the Android directory via a Computer. If your phone for some reason does not allow it, then you’ll have to figure out something with ADB.

The dev will probably benefit from Godot in the long run. Plus using open source is always good.

Will there be a way to unlock all the gallery elements? I lost my save files due to the update and now I don’t want to play everything again. It takes a few hours even with skipping…

Could you upload the Linux build to MEGA or something. GDrive is really not ideal for such stuff. I am constantly getting blocked by Google.

Would it be possible to make the Linux version of the game use a format that can be run on any distribution? .deb only works in Debian Linux. Try using AppImages, which work on every distro. Or upload this game to Flathub.
