Thanks a lot!

That means a lot to me :)

Thanks a lot :)

Had a lot of fun working with such a limited color palette <3

Very lovely puzzle game! <3

Absolutely adorable! <3

Thanks! <3

Either way, the humans are having a terrible night :D

Thanks! <3

By the way, the speed of everything slowly scales up with the number of scares you've given as you power up and the humans become more and agitated. Eventually it becomes borderline unplayable xD

The main thing for me would be by far the movement of the "player".
And by "player" I mean the light source.

At the moment it has 100% acceleration and is thus bouncing around rapidly. And therefore so is the camera, making it all feel really jarring. I think it would instantly make the game feel much better if the light curved smoothly as it chased the mouse.

I would've also loved some ability to block projectiles. Projectiles constantly coming out of frame felt quite unfair. This would obviously need some balancing because If you could just block projectiles instead of going out to deal with the enemies that would be a very different game.

Also, the view feels kind of cramped. but just expanding the view wouldn't help as the character already feels kind of tiny. idk...

Just some of my thoughts, don't take them too seriously :)

Thanks a lot! <3

That is a very good point... I got bit too obsessed for my own good with the limited color palette. :D

The game page's theme had the same exact colors as the game.

I now at least made the text a bit brighter. :)

baba is u vibes was very much meant as a compliment :)

Some were quite obvious once you grasped all of the mechanics but definitely not all...

I wouldn't dare to admit how much time I spent on this...

I haven't given up yet! :D

Thanks a lot! :)

I added a leaderboard to my previous gamejam game after the jam and noticed how easy and quick it was. Yet in my opinion it adds a disproportional amount of enjoyment.

Will probably be adding some sort of global leaderboard to any game I'll ever make. :D

Nice little tale with good writing!

Left me wanting for more, though :)

You said it was your first time using Twine? How was it? Can we expect more interactive fiction from you? <3

Thanks a lot! I'm glad you liked it!

Tried my best to make it feel scary even while it is quite silly. :D

Thanks!

Had fun making those sounds! Even the footstep sound is just me going "tu" into my microphone. :D

There were points in time were I feared that the sounds were annoying enough to ruin the whole game, so I'm glad you liked them <3

Thanks! :)

Glad you liked it <3

Thanks a lot!
Happy you liked it :)

Very nicely achieved creepy feeling <3

Some of the deaths started to feel a bit cheap, especially the random car coming at me through the terrain :D

But overall, very nice.

Such a cute little game :)

Didn't seem to work for me.
I could shoot, and I saw some zombies in the distance but couldn't seem to move anything..?

Absolutely adored the concept.

Not only was the potion brewing concept novel, it had some interesting platformer mechanics I've never seen before!

And it was cute <3

Always down for a cute little cat game <3

Cute art and nice music!

Whoops. That makes a lot more sense.

My perspective was clearly poisoned by other comments :D

Lovely game!
Liked the art, the sounds, the setting, everything. :)

Seems to be loads of events too <3

Only one gripe and it's a small one:
When a Game Over comes it would be nice to know why. Actually see a the result of the event first and see your stats go into negative and only then get the Game Over.

Has to be the most stylish version of snake I've ever seen :D

But yeah, took me a while to notice that it was snake too at first.

Very nice balancing game! :)

Cool visuals too!

Though... should've let those people drown I guess :D

Very interesting concept!

Found it really difficult to keep the guy safe, but I guess that never was the point! :D

Nice little game. :)

I have to admit that at first I though that the collisions were just bugging out when I fell through the floor.

But yeah. This has some really interesting potential for a puzzle platformer.

Carriable torch, light switches, can imagine all sorts.

 Very promising concept. <3

Yeah, the room dividing walls aren't obvious enough. I actually had to add that diagram to the description because others were having the same issue.

Thanks for bothering to figure it out and I'm glad you liked it! :D

Very nice little game! :)

Controls were really nice and responsive, so even though dropping down felt devastating, it felt fair :D

Nice little game. :)

But yeah, had to keep holding the down button to keep the ship from sliding all over.

Really like the visuals!

The concept itself is also interesting, but it very much feels like more of a tech demo than a game.

Would love to see more content :)

Thanks! Very glad you liked it! :)

At first, I decided to draw in the room as just a silhouette. Yes, to represent darkness, but mostly to save time.
But I did end up really liking the heavily restricted palette.
Will definitely draw more with restricted palettes in the future <3

Such a lovely concept, cute art, and well thought out puzzles!

Some of these are properly hard <3

Getting some real Baba is You vibes for some reason.

The way in which the bingo board shows you the endings is really nice idea, and I will definitely get all of the endings, eventually :)

Cute little game.

One question, why is the lighthouse infested with giant ants though? xD

Please report them to itch.io if you have the time.

I don't know if that will have consequences but it might.

Don't worry. It's probably impossible to make instructions  fool proof enough to be understandable for sleep deprived devs with little time and 50+ games to rate :D

Thanks! Glad you liked it! :)

Yeah, you're trying to collect "scares", so you get points only when a human sees an active object.

Interestingly, seeing misbehaving objects is scary for the humans, but seeing that it was all caused by an intruding ghost just causes them to call an Officer of the Compromise to come and lock you up in the Containment Center :D

Very pleasantly surprised! <3

Oh this is going to be one of these games where you click through all the options to see cool visuals (no offence to those games, and those were some really cool visuals)

And suddenly Rauf the Great Banshee appears :D

Loved it :)

No, I think the difficulty is absolutely fine after the jam! I do like hard games myself.

It's just that when you have you rate 50+ entries in a day... well... you can't spend hours on a game, even if it is fun :D

Very interesting concept!

Once I grasped it, this was a lot of fun, and really quite unique!

All we need is some upgrades or stuff to spend the coin on and this really has the potential to be a great game <3

Very cool!

Love the lighting effects!

And the fact that you can actually move the guy you're defending is an interesting nice mechanic!
