It might also be because of content restriction differences. in germany we use the "USK", aka. "Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle". Which has to be done seperately. Without the USK, games don't show up on german Steam, no matter what.

Bug: Grab Items from OOB and view unusued items.
Replication: On day 19 during the goblin section, resize the game window to be super wide, then use the enhanced dino grabber (Yes, that thing's back to cause more trouble) and drag it into the black parts of the window, away from the main screen.
Result: You can not only grab things from off screen but even see what's there through the mirror.
Notes: After experimenting for a bit I believe I have found several items that are intended to be used in future updates. In total I was able to grab 27 different items, some already in the playable game, some unreleased.
Potential Fix: Apparently you have to interact with the items using the dino grabber first before being able to handle them without it. Therefore you could apply whatever it is that prevents you from grabbing stuff from OOB normally to the dino grabber aswell. Or alternatively somehow confine the dino grabber to stay within the mainscreen at all times and not move past it.

Bug: Obtain quest items early. (Day 1)
Replication: Run on mobile for the first time (clear cookies for the game if ran before), drag from the far right edge of your device's screen into the inventory.
Result: Depending on from where you drag, you can grab items like an amulet, scroll and other items from off screen into your inventory.
Notes: Potentially depends on the size of your device's screen. Mine is longer than the game screen is wide and as such reaches far enough beyond the screen that you're supposed to see. Maybe because of that I am able to grab items that are stored just by the side of it.
Bug: You can hand in the mimic's map as much as you want (dunno of there are any flags that are getting cheesed by this).
Replication: While having the mimic's map in your inventory, drag it onto a customer multiple times.
Result: The customer thanks you for the map over and over again, each time you hand it to them.
