It's the room where you see the monster run by for the first time, after re-entering it, you fall to the ground in the doorway.

This room at the top right after reentering it from the Botany Lab area.

I got stuck in one of the rooms though, after leaving through one room I get caught in the door. I'm not sure if it was intentional, or a bug I stumbled upon.
