Cute game. It reminds me of old school arcade games. Good on you for keeping the scope reasonable lol (i didn't do that on my first X|)

Very fun puzzle game. I think there shouldve been more sfx for things like moving and the buttons reacting when clicked, but honestly its not a big deal. I've spent more time on this game than I have on most others.

I feel like there isn't any need for moving rooms and healing to be separate buttons since you're never going to be doing both at the same time. I also think there should be more audiovisual feedback for pressing the button. It's hard to tell when it happens. Also, upgrades don't seem to do much. Damage increases and whatnot don't meaningfully change the game in any way, so it doesn't feel as though I've earned much when I get them. Beyond that, though, the game is competent and functional.

This reminds me of exit 8 :)

I think the game could use a bit more ambience and audio feedback, as well as more hints to where items go. also my painting clipped through the floor :(
I love the vibes and mysterious atmosphere of this, though

I liked the theming and style of this. the snake isn't easily stopped and seems to circle around my mouse which makes it a bit difficult to control, but it's otherwise fun.

yeah i def couldve explained that better. however. uh. if you look at my code you will have an aneurysm trying to understand how i implemented the tutorial stuff. so. uh. i didn't X|

yeah I think next time I'll give things to do during downtime aside from dodging the enemy

healing is in the upgrades but you gotta beat it first to get it _-_

I think of I were to remake this I'd probably make healing an ability that you can use at the start

The easy moneymaking was an intentional thing, yeah. Since it's a game jame people probably wouldn't be playing each game too long so I bumped up the numbers. The money you loose from collateral damage is also intentionally low so that you wouldn't care that much about breaking them and that meant that you could go around killing people and throwing debris everywhere(theres a reason why highest collateral and people killed is in the highscores lol). I if i were to expand this to a larger game i'd probably add more reasons to not commit mass amounts of murder

nah it seems like other people had issue too with the difficulty. gotta rememeber to turn it down next time
