Okay, I finally have time to work on the game again. D:

  1. Should be fixed for the next release.
  2. The shop is a bit of a placeholder, I’ve got multiple ideas for it, just no time to put any in place. ;_;
  3. I can’t find where that’s supposed to happen…? Either I accidentally already fixed it or I’m lost.
  4. Fixed for the next release.

Should be fixed now, sorry about that. I had to set up some pretty aggressive filters to keep out AI spambots.

Yeah, sorry about that. I had to set up some pretty aggressive firewalling to keep the AI bot spam from melting the site. Should be fixed now, hopefully.

It’s a zip with a self-contained HTML file inside. As long as you can extract a zip and open an HTML file, you can run it mobile. I believe Google’s “Files” app (wonderful name) can extract zips, and Chrome on Android can open the resulting HTML file? Not sure what works on iOS.

Edit: It’s the same process as with the regular zip you can download for free, so if you’re unsure, you can try out that first.

The game’s start screen always has the most recent invite link, for now it’s https://discord.gg/mrBJruq7hv

Thankfully, I’m not too affected. My games haven’t been flagged for review (yet?), and SubscribeStar is the main revenue stream anyway.

And regardless of what happens, I’m doing this as a hobby, I (thankfully) don’t have to rely on this for rent money. Unlike many other authors, it absolutely sucks for them and I really hope something can be done to salvage the situation.

Do keep an eye on subscribestar and the discord, in case this does get taken down.

I still haven’t figured out how to best implement it.

  • I want to keep the time frame of the game limited to about 3-4 ingame months, so full pregnancy cycles and giving birth is out of the window. It’d bloat up the scope of the game too much and then I need so much other content that playing for 9 ingame months is worth bothering with
    • Magically accelerated pregnancies might be a way out? Not sure how the mechanics would look like, and what they’d mean for characters like Sarah
  • Adding more ending variations is definitely on the table, though that’ll lead to some interesting paths: Endings heavily imply the MC choosing their romantic interest as the tome’s recipient, so what does it say about the MC if they get pregnant by one and give the tome to another? Or get pregnant by a random stranger?
    • Related to the game scope concerns above, fully committed relationships are gonna be left for endings (Sarah’s stretching it, and other things, dohoho); so even if you magic up a baby in a month, how’s that gonna affect all the character interactions?
  • Abortion-related content is gonna be… unfun, so I’d rather not touch that
  • I’m still not sure if sacrificing fetuses in demonic rites is going to be even worse, or a good reminder that demons are not nice people

So, not really ruled out yet, but I’m still not sure how to best approach it.

Take him to the penis explosion chamber!

I put up an achievement guide that covers them:

I thiiiink I have a fix for the achievement imports, but it’ll have to wait for the next full update.

Y’all need Jesus.

The version of the game that has all the sexy pictures.

Surprise!

Get a room, you two

  • That’s a limitation of SugarCube as far as I can tell. Not sure what I can do about it, but I’ll give it a try.
  • Increasing the history size makes the game exponentially slower, so I’m hesitant to make it too deep. Save early, save often. :)
  • Regarding future plans: There’s a rough outline detailing possible future plans, but nothing in the “post 1.0” section is really planned out yet. I’ll have to see how fast I can get there.

Makes sense, thank you!

It feels like it’s getting harder to finish the dryad’s quest with every version, she just almost never shows up when searching for reagents. Is there some hidden requirement…?

Da.

You’ve been spending too much time with Vintovka. Or in Vintovka. Or both.

Impressively polished for an alpha, and a solid core gameplay loop.

Some loose observations:

  • A settings menu for things like sound volume or CA would be nice, there’s already an awful lot of buttons on the home screen
  • It would be helpful to have the little “right click to dismiss” icon on the help screen, you’ll quickly figure it out on your own, but the game already has it, might as well introduce players to it there
    • There’s a lot of information on the help screen, might want to split it up in two and add some arrows to point at things? Especially since right now, some boxes are aligned properly, but some are in the opposite corner of where the thing they describe is.
  • Monster presence, inn level and player level sort of look like progress bars but aren’t really, but do contain changing information and aren’t proper headings. They work, but it took a few ingame days to realize they’re not moving.

Overall I love it, this is just minor nitpicking.

Yeah, it’s all self-contained, all the images are included in the .html file.

Potato make vodka, vodka make pain of Android go away

Potato friend

That’d make me sit down and write a 30,000 word essay on why I will not touch Android development again.

No amount of money will make me want to deal with Android development again.

Good boy~ ❤️

You can already avoid forced feminization and go for a plain gay run; I’ve also got some ideas for a female start, but I don’t think I’ll have the time to get it into the game any time soon.

I figured it’d be obvious from the context, but this is supposed to be a(nother) clue that Nathan doesn’t really understand what he’s talking about (yet). He’s basing his entire lecture on a single caffeine binge and half-remembered knowledge from from a decade ago, and so this simply slipped through.

The MC doesn’t spot it and can’t call it out, because at this point in the story, they haven’t cared enough (yet) to actually research what this convenient cover story is about (it’s not the only point in the story where you realize they’re a bit lazy).

The only person in the room who would know is Sarah, and she’s far too shy to bring it up, especially after Ethan derailed everything. (And afterwards, she and MC have… more urgent topics to discuss.)

The only time Nathan could bring up his mistake would be during the ending sequence, and there everyone involved again has more urgent issues to deal with.

If I ever get around to add more casual scenes between the various characters, this could be brought up, but with how far behind I already am with the already promised content… no promises.

Patience.

It is supposed to be a bad end after all – there’ll never be anything explicit in there, if you get that ending, you fucked up.

If it creeps out people too much, I have a few alternative ideas to handle it.

Their scenes change based on your corruption, visit them at different corruption levels and you can collect all the variants!

Soon

As far as I understand, Joiplay should be able to load the game.

The bar tab scene is part of Sarah’s lesbian story line, so get rid o your dick before you approach Sarah, and it’ll come up after your first sleepover.

Yeah, sorry for the delays. I’ve caught something nasty and haven’t really been able to sit down and write in a while. :< I hope it’ll get better soon.

Thank you <3

It’s in the backlog of possible post-1.0 ideas, yeah.

They’re in the paid releases for now! They’ll be added to the free version later.

  1. Your corruption must be over 70 and under 90
  2. You must have unlocked that character’s route:
  • John is always unlocked
  • For Nathan, talk to him about transitioning
  • For Vin, do all her encounters until you unlocked the phone app
  • Sarah’s route will come during one of the next few patches
  1. You to work on the tome on Saturday

Fixed now, sorry!

The zip version needs apps like Joiplay to work on Android. I’m trying to make the online browser version work as PWA, but that keeps breaking for ??? reasons and there’s no good documentation on any of this webshit so I gave up on it for now.
