holy, it's been a while since I talked to ya, how's it going

Thank you! It's not really meant to be anything advanced, I just wanted to learn more about making modular system, but I'm so glad you enjoyed it! :)

Thank you! It's pretty unfinished, but it was just a fun project to learn more modular systems :)

Cool idea, I like the player controller a lot! Personally, I feel like the theme implementation isn't the best, but overall a really nice submission!

It is super simple! I have implemented it into 3-4 game jam projects and by now I am able to get the implementation done in 20 minutes, its super fast and easy!

Hey there! My opinion about the theme is strictly personal, so don't take it to yourself. Could you tell me how you think the game fits the theme? Personally I wasn't able to figure that out :)

Fun concept! I like the implementation of the theme, however like a few other games in this jam it more feels like a physics sandbox/demo than an actual game. I found a physics setting that could get me infinite points. Really neat concept though, I liked playing around with the physics! Good job!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this one a lot, I loved the different artworks, how creepy some were, honestly, I dig the vibe! I wish the game highlighted what was wrong when I made an error, however that is my only peeve. Oh, and the slider can be moved by my mouse, so that would need to be fixed. Great implementation of the theme!

Great game/physics sandbox. The theme implementation is really awesome! My feedback is that it feels like the game is impossible to beat, however I really enjoyed it! The anomalies, the sound design, really awesome!

Really gun concept, I liked the switching between 3rd and 1st person a lot! I had a little issue with the fact I had a skill issue and it took me a few tries to find the key. Neat concept, decent execution, fun little experience!

I was honestly mind blown seeing this game, it's so impressive, it was made in 36 hours! I absolutely love the mechanics, the progression, enemies, honestly, I love everything. Super addicting, very difficult and very fun!

Really neat project! Amazing atmosphere! I enjoyed it a lot! I'd add some more difficulty if I were you though :)

Oh, and the "Next Night" button didn't work for me, the game was frozen after going to the next night.

A really chill experience, the idea is pretty cool, taking that it was completed in under 36 hours it is a pretty impressive project, but as for feedback, I wish the UI obstructed less view, and the custom cursor being under it feels straight up odd. There are some collisions that aren't the best, but everything works! Creative concept!

This was such a fun game! I had to replay it a few times to figure out if the door changes each time, spoiler alert, it does. It's such a fun little game, and I'd absolutely love to see it turned into something larger. I love the puzzle in it, I disliked the disappearing clouds puzzle, it just felt slow and boring, I wish there were more types of minigames, however it is still impressive you got 3 under this time constraint. I really enjoyed this game!

(1 edit)

Oh boy, this is a fun one. Well, firstly with the things I wish the game had.

And now to the positives

  • I love the aesthetic of the player character and the enemies
  • I love the way you implemented enemy scaling, kudos to that
  • I love the way the combo mechanic encouraged maxing out the numbers, basically, makes it a lot more fun to plan your next moves

I really enjoyed this little project, however I found that no matter what browser I played from, I got frequent crashes. I really dig the look of the game!

Such a fun project! Reminds me a lot of windowkill! I wish there was some kind of leaderboard to compare high scores though, you can look up this project for an easy to set up one https://danqzq.itch.io/leaderboard-creator  :)

The game is in concept pretty fun! However, I have to say that personally I do not feel like it fits the theme and I definitely feel like a tutorial would be a necessary addition. Otherwise, cool project!

I like!

Unfortunately the game didn't work for me :(

Incredibly good game!

Music was awesome, however the game was glitchy as hell for me, cops ran away from me and endless mode spawned so many houses it crashed my browser.
Cool idea tho!

Game was neat, however it needs a lot of polish :)

Really cool game, it's a shame only one level works :(

Really neat! I enjoyed arson

This was certainly a game, I liked the art a lot!

Thank you!

I thought that I could add more however I decided to just polish what I had :3

I'll remember for the next time :)

I tried to make a difficulty curve for rarer fish better hooks etc. yet I failed miserably hah

Thanks for sending me the clip! I really enjoyed seeing it!

Thanks for letting me know, there's a few small bugs that I only found with time, I'll likely patch them out after the jam

It was in fact included that you can center using both buttons at once, I tested in opera GX and it worked. And thanks for the review!
