Hi! I'm Chatelain, a short story writer. I'm looking for people to help me create a visual novel. It's a little dream of mine, so I'm hoping to find someone who can help me. The story itself won't be long, so it won't be much work. I need a background artist, a musician, and a main menu artist.

The plot revolves around a guy who doesn't come from the best family and has some mental issues of his own. With all this in mind, he regularly escapes to the attic, where he meets (or invents, the reader decides) someone his own age. This guy also has his own problems, which are only partially revealed. They have fun together, forgetting about their problems; they're happier together than outside the attic, and their best option is to stay there forever... The ending is quite unusual and dark, but it fits the overall tone of the story. I won't give away everything; I want to keep you interested.

Working on the background images will require 7 to 10 frames. I'll include links to some of them below, so you have an idea of what you'll be working with.

For the music, I'll need three ambient tracks: one for the main menu and two for the game itself. Examples include:

Allowed to De Happy, Cornfield Chase, Limerence, Milk Cassette x.mp3, Green to Blue (slow version), You're Not the Same, Birthday Cube Escape OST.

For the main menu, you'll only need two full frames (the main menu and the in-game menu), as well as button changes, a mouse style, and an icon for the game itself. I'd say it'll require a lot of fine-tuning. I'll also include examples below.

(all references are generated by artificial intelligence, so there are a lot of things that need to be removed/changed)

Hi! I'm a self-taught writer, and it just so happened that I really wanted to express my work not only through text but also through live action. So I've done a couple of analysis myself, but unfortunately, my hands are only capable of writing plots. 😔

So I'm looking for an artist and composer for my short visual novel, preferably with a decent foundation.

I need a background artist and custom characters for the project. If I find someone willing to work on this, I'll attach a photo of what I'm thinking of creating myself using artificial intelligence.

As for the music, I don't have any exact examples, but I welcome any suggestions! I can only give you the names of songs whose styles I think would be ideally recorded:

The tasks involve drawing five characters. Three of them will be minor, so you won't have to worry about them. However, for the main characters, you'll need to draw not only the basic sprites but also sitting and lying poses. I'll provide examples below. There are approximately 7 to 10 background sprites, visual references will be provided.

The music is easier; you only need one or two songs for the background narration with the family and the guy in the attic.

I'll also be personally developing the game itself. I'd also like to release the game on some platforms later, but that's only if everything works out, of course.
