I will state that the luck system and the flower economy system are excellent touches. I think I spent more time enthralled from tracking the various price fluctuations than most things outside Az or makoto's content. I did notice an odd drop in flower spawns during the fox's story. It got to one of three flower spawn zones spawning once the fox's garbage collection activated.
The choices the protagonist makes and tolerates are infuriating. If I played this on international waters, I'd be on interpol's most wanted for throwing my phone through a cruiser's hull. I really thought there would be flexibility, or at least an opportunity to stonewall terrible ones when the game started with giving "jumping off the roof" as an option. Not a positive one, but a selectable. As it is, I would rank estelle, the fox, and rita(?) for top characters I would race to get a can of wd-40 to use on the precipice edge they were clinging to... They seem to actively try to kill you and you get full-track railroaded into accepting and forgiving.
Noted. Any insight into those 3 random cards buried? I can't even seem to reliably get them to trigger to experiment on paths that they might open up options. I thought it was a sunday thing until it popped on a friday once, and I've been suiciding into the forest to get reset to a friday discovery. Starting to become a regular to her, should have a punch card and an option to bring some of those chocolates of jenny's.
An oddity. Not sure if it is supposed to read as Cassidy's Luggage, but trying to explore Carla's Luggage gives a mental blank to hallway. Thought it was a hypnosis implant from too late in the day, so prioritized first thing. Still occurs. Any clue what is going on, or is this a "WiP area"?
Addendum: Removed all corruption from Carla, effect is still active. Suddenly very wary of her.
Was rather hoping being on day 1400+ and diamond rank worth of exp, there would be A route of some kind with her to continue existing paths not allowed to buy her freedom at that current update. Frankly, knowing what you are, helping a part-demon twig would be amusing. She could be besties with July.
Addendum: Route opened up and I'm looking forward to it.
Noted. I did keep grinding, and as soon as I ranked it up, prices did D to C increase, or whatever the new rank was if higher. New crops going D to C did expected increase amount. Considered integrating the original overpowered blessing? The 1-day? It would make you balance high energy consumption for lengthy produce at radishe rotation rates.
I found a bug where once you get the call about the leashes and cow fair, stepping inside the house clears your price upgrades from vegetable quality. B-class pumpkins dropped to 12, B radishes down to 2. I think it might have something to do with the "end-of-content for this patch" transition back. Had to backtrack 5 hours to locate a save with correct numbers. Anyone else notice and have a fix?
Addendum: It's definitely the main room of the house afterwards. Used force-sleep to skip to bedroom, map to field, and numbers intact. Walked into main room, cutscene for bia and isa to fair. Numbers drop.
Try walking from room to hallway, warp to field. Numbers intact. Room, hallway, sophia's room, field warp. Numbers intact. So you could theoretically still play if you warp around the main room. Any more solid fix?
Not necessarily a good reason. Due to her broken mental state, their previous near combat, and general alien nature... You could kind of equate it to the mc trying to get a date by flirting with girls at an abortion clinic. It was a generally a very predatory move that a decent officer should definitely know not to do.
Not a fan of the religious fanatics, but an antagonistic route to various myths would be interesting. I was testing to see if I could give kana an aneurysm by being obliviously friendly to the succubus. Hilarious, but no consequences. I did find you could close the path with mariko and yui. Blood Orange scene was majestic.
This actually brings up something stirring around in my head. When you Shatter Maven, her girls are not affected and just blindly fall in line after you give the order to retain old behavior. So what happens when you execute Maven? The forest is clearly empty after. Did the rest of the minions get silenced as well? I'm running parallel games to see Kana's reaction to each.
