Saves Problem
So guys, I investigated this problem with the saves, and did several tests, some of them no longer work while others do.Most probably caused by the switch to the new python with the Renpy update.
Those who have not played the recent versions will most likely end up with non-functional saves, so I have come up with two solutions.
The first is to download this version made with old libraries, I have tested some non-working saves and they start with this one, but beware, it is not a long-term solution and some save may still not work, also it contains some stuff from 0.74, if you see some incomplete graphic or new stuff don't worry.
The second is to use a clean save made by me with the new libraries. I have two versions for you, one post-assault and one obtained Aneko, choose your favorite.
For the future, I have created an 'old-game' with the new libraries which should continue to run the old saves in case of future updates, hopefully, according to their site.Let's hope this will be last time we get save problems.

I tried this and doens't work, the 0.74 save is broken and Mine are at 0.72, broken too
In this case then you'd better start over, these are solutions or shortcuts I created in an attempt to solve the problem, but it's something I can't fix since the update concerns the engine, and the solutions above don't work for everyone
How do i solve thus issue on android, could you provide a step by step?
apparently you still didnt get help so ill give you my half assed solution:
normally you should have a file explorer on your phone, its the same process as on pc except you gotta find the apps' location on your phone to copy and paste (replace) the game's save folder
if you plug your phone into a pc thru usb i guess you could porbably copy and paste the save folder 'from' your pc, 'inside' your phone, wether you downloaded it from your pc or phone
IN SHORT if it's 100% phone, go to your download folder through your phone file explorer, find the saves folder you can download from here, copy / cut it and then go to the game folders' location and paste
if you dont know where the apps' (apks) folder location is on your phone you gotta google where it could be for android, then for your phone brand if you still cant find, then specific phone, etc (i think its normally always the same for android but idk)
also google how to copy paste a file/folder if you dont know how to, just so you dont just put put it somewhere in another dimension

Anyone else getting errors using the old library version when trying to access the new shops?
Because it contains incomplete stuff from 0.74, for now don't use the shops

You can use that file also on mac, just follow the path: ChampionOfRealms.app\Contents\Resources\autorun
Will a v0.71 save have issues?
I've been busy IRL and barely even got to get on my computer, so I haven't even updated to v0.72 or 3 yet.
Probably yes, it depends on modules that I can't control
Looks like I'll be starting it with a fresh save yet again. At least this time it's not because I forgot about it for years lol
Another solution, starting from scratch, which I will gladly do since:
- it has been long since I started playing this game and I forgot parts of the story, so I can enjoy those again;
- with all updates I bet the whole game is even more enjoyable than before, so no loss;
- I have a bug since some where the guild quest got duplicated and cannot finish the dupe with some events also duplicating. Not sure about the cause but a fresh start will get rid of it, I'm sure.
Anyway thanks for your hard work, I'm not afraid to say your game is by far one of the best adult visual novel on this platform (and probably of all).
yeah i just did a new save it takes a long time (with a couple bugs as well) but its manageable
