I love the soundtrack! Especially how it picks up once you actually get going.

So, I wasn't able to play the game on the web, though I could download the HTML file itself and play that. The error message makes me think you may have not indicated to itch properly that this was an HTML?
Underneath the "Kind of Project" dropdown, you have to select "HTML" (this won't override any local desktop builds, so don't worry about that), and then underneath your uploaded files, there should be a checkbox saying "This file will be played in the browser".
Anyway, it is quite janky but, you know, I couldn't even finish most of my first projects, so you're doing way better than I was when starting out. The biggest issue for me is that some of the buttons don't do anything. But, however imperfect, it's always a success just being able to get a game finished. So, nicely done!
Congratulations on releasing your first game!
Although I like the concept, there is quite a lot of information to parse on screen all at once, especially since it is all changing in real time and not everything feels important (like, it's hard to know what effect wind speed has or how it should factor into my decision of how fast I should be going). But anyway, I like the simplicity, and the vague threat of being chased by something unknown. Hopefully this critique has been helpful. Best of luck!
Been working on a game called "Dreamscape" so this kind of jumped out at me, haha!
I really love the mood. Although, I will say, I didn't realize I could find the artifacts in the pillows, but I knew they could have health refills so I started trying to ration them, not realizing I was skipping out on the objective. Whoops.
Either way, nicely done!
Is there supposed to be sound? Because it's completely silent, but there's an audio slider in the menu.
I like the concept, although using the consoles in first-person view is a bit tedious, especially with how small the buttons are. But either way, nicely done. I like the visual of the massive satellite dish turning around in the far distance especially.
From the Godot documentation (https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tutorials/rendering/renderers.html): "In this case, Compatibility is the only choice."
So, yeah, apparently you'll want to use Compatibility, not Mobile or Forward+. Neither of the others are meant to handle HTML5.
Also, if you want to make sure your game will run properly on the web, it's a good idea to go into the Export settings (from Project > Export...) and add a Web export preset to the menu prematurely (you might have to wait for some export templates to download first). After doing that, a new "Remote Debug" option will appear near the Run Project button, and you can use this to run a debug version of the game in your browser, just to test that the HTML5 will work before doing the actual export.
I would highly recommend consulting the documentation for anything else you need help with, since it explains much of the process way better than I can.
I like how you interpreted the theme here, and the gameplay and artwork are well done! Progression mechanics are always really fun. Although, the itch app wasn't able to understand the executables on their own so I had to download it from the web. I got that "cannot read 'build' property of undefined" error: I believe this often happens when the uploaded files aren't set to their respective platforms.
Either way, nice work! And I love the visual style: reminds me of old flash games.
