This game is really awesome, but I wish there were a slower version, or a turn based one. I just wanted it to sit still long enough to let me figure out what to do next, at least when I first start. It was asking me if I wanted to replace a card before I could build any, and I spent about half the time clicking on fires. I don't see any other comments like mine, so maybe it's just a mismatch for me.

One thing that might be useful regardless is to consistently use either resource per second or seconds per resource. I'm not sure if there's a reason to be mentally converting between the two in order to compare, for example, 0.12 food per 1.0 second to 6 seconds per 1 food when deciding whether to replace a card.

Was fun and I won but I wish I knew how many waves it was. Aside from that my biggest difficulty was that I couldn't zoom out and see the whole board at once. I kept having to pan around after every turn to see if some archer crept in at a corner.

I'm also often confused about the wording of percentages. When it says "increases by 40%" I'm not sure whether that means 40% more than the current level or that it increases to 40% more than the original.

Hilarious and fun. However, the "out of energy" sometimes appears when you have already made the correct turn. Either it takes too long to "trigger" that you've gone the right way (or too far past the intersection), or the meter for running out of energy says you have more energy then you do.
