Which version are you trying to download? - I've just tried the PC version and it's downloaded okay. I can provide a mega link but given the game size and mega limiting it to 5gb dl (for free) I switched to google drive (even though it's slower).

I am pleased  to announce the release of Dreams of Reality Chapter Three:Part One.

In this update you will start to take control of the investigation into what caused the events in chapter one. You will need to sort out finding a more secure place for Kimiko, and perhaps getting her some clothes to wear!
