how weird, I didnt submit anything. How can I retake it?

But it keep saying that i have completed the interview.  I havent completed all the interview

When i was filling the tax interview, I clicked close because I wanted to do it later (I didnt fill the last obligatory spaces that asks you about your name and email). Then, in the itch.io settings it says that the interview is completed. So, what  can I do?
