The map and room descriptions layout is fun, I like that they match sides like that and it's a creative use of space to work around the limit. The other art is also really good, both the cover (of course) and the little character heads. The different endings and Honor system are really cool additions. The poems at the end are very potent, and I like the touch of sci-fi with Mal'sain. Definitely looks accessible to run as someone familiar with HMtW, lays out everything I would need. Really nice job! I think you capture the theme of your title extremely well!

I think you did a really good job with the named characters especially with such limited space! Great sense of their motivations. I also love the imagery and vibes you describe, very cool direction for the theme (and the idea of a cold forge is sick). The isometric map is cool, though I would echo what others have said vis-a-vis numbers. The bold text for important bits that are detailed in bullet points is kind of genius for the limitations. And of course I have to say the art is amazing. Nice work!!
