CASE QUEST: Parcel 4172 is a short evidence-driven investigation for 1–4 players.

A prototype shipment arrives sealed, but the item inside is wrong. The carrier's tracking history appears completely normal.

Instead of interrogating suspects, you compare physical measurements, handling images, checkpoint records and exception logs to determine where the parcel's continuity breaks — and reconstruct what actually happened.

Play time: about 20–30 minutes
Format: downloadable PDF / print-and-play
Players: 1–4
Requirements: no game master, no cutting, no app and no logistics knowledge required
