I can upload video if you want, if I devoted another hour of my time I probably could get sub 11 but it has evaded me thus far

I am on day 140 and I have nor gotten a unique character or quest or anything like that in probably 20 days, just repeats of old people and questions. have I beaten the game in a way or am I just unlucky and should expect something new soon?
