It's safe, don't worry. If there are only a handful of antiviruses flagging it as unsafe on VirusTotal then chances are the file is safe.Also Jiangmin is the name of the antivirus software, not the virus itself :p
I am having this issue as well with one particular game I've been meaning to download through the launcher for nearly a month now. It is unfortunate that a solution hasn't been found yet.
