a beautiful hot mess.  11/10 would eat the mushroom again

got it, thanks!  great job on this one

cool Castlevania/Ninja Gaiden vibes, nailed the game boy aesthetic quite well!

nice, thanks!  will check this out later :)

Is there a download link for this one?  I couldnt see it on my end

I don't have a player two to really try it out with :(

This was cool! you planning to do something for the Lowres Jam?

Nice animations and I liked the beepy phone sounds.  You did well overall with those self imposed limitations.

fun stuff!  I beat it without realizing I could shoot anything XD

Windows download seems to be missing the exe file

yeah the windows download just seems to be PNG files and a PDF on my end

big Joust fan, so I loved this idea a lot.  hope you keep working on this one.

fun!  hard mode seems insane lol

Minor update (v0.1) - fixed music not looping correctly.

awesome game!  Sadly I am not yet a bad enough dude to rescue all the Smiley Boys™

aha, understood!  I agree on the cursor speed and plan to speed it up if whenever make an update to the rom.

Thanks for the feedback!  I considered implementing save functionality but ultimately decided that worrying about saving before every decision would become a bothersome part of the gameplay loop, not to mention it would complicate physical cartridge production by requiring a save battery.  If save scumming is your jam (which is totally fine!) then I recommend using the rom on an emulator with save states.

rad stuff, well done!

Thanks everyone for the outpouring of support so far since the game released.  I made a rather cathartic "HD" remix of one of the cutscene music loops, enjoy!

There are indeed multiple endings.  Thanks for playing!

thanks for checking it out! :D

Hey Mike thanks for taking interest - unfortunately my software license only supports Windows

unfortunately my software license doesn't include Linux exports, maybe someday!  thank you for checking it out :D
