I'm confused, how can I create the black dagger? I have the cauldron and I add 3 ingredients but nothing happens

I'm sorry for my poor English. I have a problem with the two animations from the football quest. At first, I do everything correctly, and the two animations get unlocked in the gallery. However, once I exit the game, they are no longer unlocked, and the "goal" below Annie's icon no longer appears. I end up having to redo the quest to unlock the animations again, only for them to lock again once I exit the game

I've tried everything cutting the bell before or after capturing the ghost, talking to Mac, Judy, and the girl before or after cutting the bell. I made sure Irena didn't assist me, and I even waited about 20 minutes after capturing the ghost. But I simply can't get it to work. Pls help!!
