I’m a solo dev working on Moonlight Paw, a cozy anime-style pixel JRPG about a shy girl who opens a magical vet clinic on a sealed island where East Asian myths and modern life merge. The story is mainly lighthearted, cute, and comedic — but with a touch of hidden drama beneath the surface.

What I’ll Need Soon (for the Announcement trailer, next 1 - 2 months)

• Steam page text (Descriptions & About This Game)
• Announcement trailer text (YouTube desc + a few in-game UI and dialogue lines)

What I’ll Need Later (During Development)

• Ongoing partnership for character naming, cultural nuance, and occasional dialogue translation
• Eventual full localization as the project grows
• Basically: a creative partner to grow with the game, not just a one-time job

Who I’m Looking For

• EN -> JP translator
• EN -> zh-CH translator
• EN or zh-CH -> zh-TW translator
• EN -> KR translator
• Ideally, someone who enjoys RPGs/JRPGs (miHoYo games, Undertale, Stardew Valley, etc.)
• Bonus if you’re a fan of East Asian game culture & franchises (Touhou, Fate, TEVI, Persona, etc.) 😄
• Someone who enjoys creative naming, nuance, and emotional flavor — not just literal translation 😋

Compensation

I want this to feel fair and flexible:

• A small monthly retainer (mainly for being available for casual chats/DMs — no need to reply instantly), or
• Revenue share when the game releases (starting from Early Access), or
• A mix of both, depending on what you prefer.

Basically, I just appreciate having someone around I can check in with when small helps come up — late replies are totally fine! 😉

Commitment

No pressure at all — feel free to DM me and try it out. If later it doesn’t fit your style or schedule, it’s completely okay to step back — no hard feelings.

I don’t expect instant replies or constant availability; just being around sometimes is more than enough.
