If you don't want to use a controller you don't have to, the game plays fine with keyboard and mouse. A controller is just easier.

No reason to be so upset about it and talk down to a creator like that.

Don't worry about it too much. I have already ended that playthrough. It was on a windows PC. The devices were the chastity bra and the nipple vibrators. Each stuck on different characters. The ring gag was also stuck for a while, but were removed by the game when progressing. The others stayed even when the characters were forced to strip by the story.

The game was really fun and I am excited to start Milky Way soon.

I have with no luck. After selecting "remove all" the option to remove devices goes away but the devices stay on. 

Are the any current debug options?

I put both girls into various devices and some of the have gotten stuck on them without the option to remove them. A constant vibrating noise can be fun, but tends to take away some of the more serious moments.

If there is a way to remove them, that would be great.
