Silver or Lead is a fast-paced, rules-light, one-page RPG set in the gritty American West. Inspired by John Harper’s Lasers & Feelings, the game runs on a single core mechanic balancing two opposing approaches. Social, charismatic and diplomatic parlays are Silver. Technical, physical and aggressive actions are Lead.
