A cute concept :) I did like the idea of putting the images in a poem but it would have been neat if every line rhymed so that when you dragged them, you got an interesting take each time. The visuals were stunning and great use of Godot.

What a cute game :) Simple gameplay but I liked the very cute concept. Really great sound effects on everything including the speed up :)

Thanks for the feedback. The "coming soon" was my 2 second way of submitting this to the jam before catching a flight and starting my relocation. Will be fixing it up today.

Thanks for mentioning the bugs - they are on the to do list for sure :)

Thank you so much :) I'm glad you enjoyed it as I know there were moments I almost gave up on many ideas because my mechanics were not coming together at all.

Thank you for the feedback and glad you enjoyed the game! I think I will zoom out on the camera and make the mini games a bit more obvious.

Thank you for the feedback! The puzzle mini game was to the right of the cat but it is on our to do list for fixes to make it more explicit.

Completely understand the feeling! I think that is what we will be doing as well :)

What a cute game! I love the cat theme all through out and mixing drinks was fun with the recipe book. For a very casual game, very well done.

Thank you so much for your kind words. The lines between tiles is something I noticed as well but with a ton IRL changes, its on the to do list. The puzzle game bug is also known - I need to see what causes it.

Very happy you enjoyed the game - there were moments we worried it wouldn't get done so to have it playable and enjoyable made my day :)

Very cute puzzle game! I do like how you only have the two moves to make it - I was so close one level and my ghost ball fell off haha!

Really neat game and love the modes. I would love a more "ramp up" approach as I get overwhelmed by the keyboards running at me. Just as a thought but amazing start :)

Hey! Loved your music, would like to talk sometime about a game jam if you're interested! Do you primarily do soundtracks or dive into sound design as well? :)

I completely understand and the final product is really polished already so my hat goes off to you!

Such a cute game - absolutely enjoyed playing it and the goblin language sounds made me chuckle. A very lovely cute story. Amazing work!

Thank you - that means a lot especially because said artist started Pixel art about.....a week before the Jam? I am working on fixing up the movement and revamping it though running into new issues as I do :)

I loved the artwork style! I read in other comments that it was a collaboration with your family and honestly, that is such an amazing memory for everyone! I might steal that idea one day...

The game was very cute and the sounds made me chuckle. The ahhhhh was my favorite :D

I liked the tic tac toe game but I wasn't sure what to do with the papers and correcting them? It would be nice to know the instructions (perhaps I missed them?). I didn't realize there was scoring until i was in the negatives and a timer but perhaps that is why I am a coder and not in the corporate world ;)

What an ambitious project! I can certainly see the appeal of a deck builder and I'd love to see what this concept will look like once it's a bit more worked out. I did end up breaking the game when I ran out of cards but couldn't end my turn. I also wasn't quite sure when my turn ended or began again so having a bit more instructions and cues would be nice.

Very neat story idea and theme interpretation  - that is certainly thinking outside the box! I would have liked to see the dot move in unpredictable ways to make it more complicated. Very interesting color scheme as well - I thought the red would be jarring but they all matched.

First off, congratulations on your first jam! The hardest part is over and now it only gets better.  Beautiful little concept and I like the idea of cycling through games. Ideally, I'd love there to be new information and AI opponents reacting to your moves. Then it would be really neat to see how many games you could win :D

A neat little game but I have to say, I struggled with the controls (I also absolutely hate WSAD so may be a personal issue). The ship was a little too responsive at times - it felt as though I breathed and it turned however the atmosphere, music and the gate running from you were amazing. I did read you had limited time so amazing job for such an event :)

Thank you for your feedback! Seeing as this was our first game jam and a huge learning experience, these words mean a lot. I certainly agree that the controls and levels could be better and will look at overall improving the base game into something more of an RPG platformer perhaps.

Thank you! He's a special character for us so glad we could do him justice :)

Really neat concept and loved being able to look around the ship. Music did not play for me so can't comment much on that. The game was a little confusing to play - it could benefit from a freeze screen with instructions towards goal and controls. I wasn't sure if it was point and click or keyboard or combination?

It feels like there is potential! Keep up the good work :)

Totally understand - think we too would have done things a little bit differently if we weren't simply trying to make it through the 48 hours. Lovely game though!

I have to say, although the music was phenomenal and I liked the simple visuals, the controls were throwing me off. Having to press up + space to jump...I had to use 3 different keys at a certain part and I can't say it made for good gameplay.

Very nice game although I spent way too much time trying to figure out if there are more things to find before realizing it was the first level of 8. Loved the music and visuals.

Very cute concept - I love the different papers. I am not sure if there was music? Also, when I loaded up the game, the note with the designers was cut off on my screen so not sure if game dynamically adjusts screen size. Not the end of the world, just FYI.

Good theme interpretation!

Cute game - I like the swap from 3D to 2D and the little bit of voice acting in the beginning. I did feel like my character was sliding all over the screen but it added charm. Fine tuning the input and movement would be great. Lovely sound!

I really loved the voice acting and character! Very polished game for such a small jam. The idea to use different simple board games was really good and intuitive.

I do wish that the battleship rules or the name of the game was mentioned. Might have been me on my playthrough completely missing it but I didn't realize what I was playing until we started.

Great, creative way to embrace the theme :)

Really neat game - I do like the idea of the mechanic though I feel like some refining could help. I struggled to get through the first few obstacles even though I did enjoy figuring it out. It felt a bit like my mouse wasn't being picked up like I would have wanted.

Very interesting topic decision!

Thank you <3

Thanks for the comments! That is really something I will need to explore and learn how to do. I'm sure its simple but after 40 hours, it was last thing on my list :)

I would love to but first getting a Jam under my belt where I code to test my own limits. If you guys have any you're interested in or that stand out, lemme know :)

To be honest, I think we are waiting for the theme tomorrow to lock down final concept but since this is our first "game", maybe something soulful and simple? Do you have discord? Can chat there :)

Absolutely loved the music and the name :) Not the most useful comment but thought I'd drop a line :)

Hi Rosie! Breggo here and I love your musical style. If you're interested, a friend and I are entering a Jam this weekend (48 hours) and would love to have some music for our likely teeny tiny game. Up to you if you want to join (it's our first experiment) but would love to stay in touch for the future :)

Heya :) Wanted to stop by and say that I really like your music :) Typically not huge into hip hop but your vibe was 100% in my ball park :D

Very cute story - I liked the concept :)
