Really charming game! i love the explosion effects and happy vibes!

only complaints really would be about what the player does in the game, would have liked to see more meaningful choices given as you often dont really have much to go off of when deciding between upgrades or wagons, that being said was still fun to build the train! ^^ did manage to break the attack speed too of the confetti wagon, which really made the sound a bit unbearable

thanks! and yeah might do that, mainly made the game for myself and friends and such and didnt prioritize being able to reach as many people as possible, but might add that!

yeah i know, wasnt as interested in trying to make something good jam wise, instead wanted to try to make a game like this one which ofcourse wont be able to reach as big of an audience as a “regular” game

regarding the trees in the cave i agree but was a bit limited by the tileset from kenney and thought it looked good enough i just stuck to it, was worried it would look weird with a different tilesets decorations instead :)

now afterwards i can definitely understand the jump charging not really being necessary, think it mostly came down to me not making enough levels where it could be used since i mainly made all the mechanics first and then the levels, but if i keep working on the game ill probably either change the jump or include the mechanic more. Thanks for pointing it out!

Thanks!! Yeah it can be a bit tricky, i made sure that you cant get softlocked and can always solve all puzzles so its just a matter of finding where to fall and then get high enough. The key is to land somewhere low first to reset your power low enough that you can go up 8 tiles :)

Did you play in the browser fullscreened or not? Because its more zoomed out if you play in fullscreen in the browser for some reason ^^;
