This is pretty fun! there needs to be some sort of indicator for where the offscreen enemies are. I really like the gun designs

That was depressing. I wish it had some sort of good ending but it did do a good job at creating an engaging narrative. I thought maybe it was doing this towards the end but then it just sort of ended out of nowhere, but it would be cool if the platforming gameplay contributed to the narrative by being repetitive or becoming less exciting over time like real drugs would. Anyway nice work
I have seen this concept a few times but I like that there are multiple actions each bot can take so you really havee to think ahead and I like that you sometimes have to get multiple bots to the door. There was a bug where one of the previous bots horizontal movement was not saved. Good job on the tutorial, the game is approachable and the polish is pretty good too!
I do love the art-style but honestly I just had no idea what to do. It looks like it could be fun too but in game jams like this you have to have built in tutorials because most people arent going to bother reading or learning for more than a few seconds if they have to go out of their way. Also the text was way too small. But you have a fantastic thumbnail so good job on that, just try to make the game more approachable
I love the music loops, they dont add anything gamplay wise but they do add a lot of charm! Not sure why the player doesnt line up with the ground properly but that doesnt feel right for a 2d platformer with this artstyle. Its a good starting point for a clever "there is only one level" type of game
Thank you for your comprehensive feedback! I agree that it is too hard right now, I didnt put a lot of play-testing into it because it was just for a game jam but I think I may go back and make it easier now. I did actually want to limit the number of tabs at one point but I couldnt figure out how to do it in the time frame of the jam. I will try to make the hints less cryptic. Thanks for playing it!
This was fun, I also think understanding the upgrades was a little more complicated than it needed to be but I eventually got it and I liked the strategy involved with the portals helping you and affecting the enemies. Sometimes you had to guide the enemies through the portals or you wanted them to avoid them so that kept gameplay interesting. I felt like even after getting a lot of upgrades i didnt feel much stronger, it felt like it took forever to kill one enemy and these types of games are generally more fun when you get more op. Nonetheless it was still enjoyable!
