Simple, enjoyed it a lot! The visual clues are a nice touch.

Nice NES vibes, especially with the demo scene.
I'm not sure how the smoke ring works, though. It's a random delay, or charge attack?

A simple but entertaining take on the loop theme, and the style makes it even better

I think I got stuck on level 7😅 nice game regardless! The Kylie Boomerang fooled me, I was ready to solve all levels with it.

Ey that's a nice way to include loops! If you will continue developing the game, would be nice a hint about the next enemy's ability loop, to set up your weapons. Maybe if you pay an oracle or something!

Can't give the player too much information. Gotta let them confront the fear of the unknown ;)
