why whould we need a NAND latch. I made ram with AND gate OR gate & NOT gate

can you send the truth table . Maby i can make another similar version

I just wanted to inform that it would be easy if you add a chip that can transfer multibit data through one wire and a chip that can decode that signal. As sometimes the 8-bit wire also get complex if making a ram over 1 kb

i have photo to explain

THE FIRST PICTURE IS D-LACTH IT DOSENOT USES SR-LACTH  BECAUSE SR LACHT KEEPS RANDOMISING AND THE THREE FLIP-FLOP ARE THE COUNTER KEEP THE WIRING SAME. THE SECOND LAST PICTURE IS OF THE WRITER AND THE THIRD LAST IS THE READER . AND THE AND GATE HAS ALSO 3-STATE BUFER TO STOP FLIKERING AS 8 INPUT ARE CONECT TED TO ONE OUT PUT.
