I just released the free browser demo for BEATSHIFT ARENA, a beat-synced multiplayer arena shooter where every song reshapes the battlefield.
Play the browser demo here:

BEATSHIFT ARENA is built around fast, close-quarters arena combat where weapons fire to the music, fallen players become physical cover, and taking damage turns you into a massive moving target.
Each match runs on a music track, so shots, missiles, movement, and abilities sync to the rhythm. Different songs change the feel of the match, which makes timing and positioning matter just as much as raw aim.
Core features in the demo:
- Fast arena movement with dash, multi-jump, and grapple
- Weapons and abilities synced to the beat
- Damage makes players grow into larger targets
- Fallen players become exocubes that reshape the arena
- Exocubes can be claimed, used as cover, moved with missiles, or broken into upgrades
- Playable directly in the browser
Quick browser note: the web build has some performance limitations compared to the full game. If it freezes or hitches at first, it should usually settle down after assets and shaders finish loading/caching.
BEATSHIFT ARENA is also participating in Steam Next Fest: June 2026, so feedback on the demo is especially useful right now.

Feedback is welcome, especially around browser performance, how clear the beat-sync mechanics feel, and whether the exocube system makes sense after a few matches.
