I completed the game! I have some ideas, as the game is about colors, maybe, there could b objects that change the color of the crates, gates that only allow certain colors to pass, and maybe a blank box that couldn't be moved by the player, that could still be pushed/pulled/grabbed by other boxes?
It was kind of easy to beat at some levels, but I enjoyed it. Maybe you could have more levels where different colors of crates are in the same place, as I only saw two levels or something where blues and pinks were seen in the same level.
The Rubber Sun is a new turn-based strategy game that I concepted with PuzzleScript Plus. You places and controls multiple types of units on a chessboard-like setting, your goal is to guide them to the enemy side and protect yours at the same time. The game is not complete yet and I have nany things planned, it is supposed to have nine units, three odds, and six unqiue tiles (excluding the walls). But while I did not add anything like that yet or not fully working, I posted a updated version of it and announced it. Its changes include:
- Removal of the Painters temporarily.
- Addition of a placeholder unit temporarily.
- Ability to discard cards.
- Redesigned barriers.
- Two arenas and a test one, warning: the conveyor belts appear to be broken.
- Many things are fixed, even if not visually.
While I was messing around with the dev console, I discovered many things: angry Gray Toads idling, but they seem very unfinished and their eyes are in a strange place, but they can attack whenever the fairy is close but their range can pass through anything. I also discovered that It is true that the Gray Toads had lick animations, but their awake one seems unfinished unless it was intended to look this delayed. They also have a strange sprite after I poked them for more times and they didn't turn back to their normal angry face after this, in this, they cannot face or look where you are until you come near and they look sleepier. I also discovered that this must what you did most videos with.
Also, I saw a loading screen that is not seen in gallery for some reason, showing a fairy coming out of a apple (Worm Fairy leaked). Was it not being listed intentional?
(I also tried to get to the test level trying to bypass the fact they cannot really unlock any level and then I used the clear all levels in map when I realized all levels were just First Steps. Ah yeah, my favorite set of test levels... I hope they stay on the final game. I really didn't saw that coming)
I completed the game today I decided to go to play it. Most of my time was poking the Busy Fairy becasue I realized she exhaled some times which was so good. I could pass through all levels easily except Rise and Shine, the moment the game wasn't playing around anymore. I had to (embarrasingly) watch a video at the end to know how to pass... I'm dumb... I forgot fairies woke up with touch.
I hoped the game was also for mobile but probably would be very hard... Or no? Anyways I doubt this thing would come.
Also, I think you should add a wall in front of the Busy Fairy in Repeated Offense, you can cheese It by just timing... Unless, you want players to help players to also speed run, could be useful for stuffs like that.
I looked at this game so much that I even learned to (almost perfectly) replicate the artstyle of the fairies and toads. I even decided to make that Miku Fairy post from Twitter in pixel art here.
I saw the little update, I liked these little loading screens too, I wonder if there will be any more loading screens for all faries...
Cool game, it looks like the old games that existed during the flash's life. Also, LEVEL CREATOR IS AWESOME (sad that isn't in Puzzles, which is just Adventures but for Poki)!
(I just realized that the many objects in Box Kid Puzzles are like from Robbo, the bombs that explode upon destruction, the lighting guns being like the laser guns, and he magnets being like the fans, and the robots of course)
To beat it you are first forced to use the sea box, then, there is the forest box but don't push it into its target. Instead, push it into the water to make you able to push the dream box into the dream target. (I remember you as being that one that commented on Demolite before I accidentaly deleted it, but now I reuploaded it)
