It should be the case that if you've connected your Patreon account to your Itch.io account, it just offers you a key for this on the store page for Shimmersnow, right?

I'm actually not too sure how it works from the patron side of things.

If you bought it from itch then there should be a wee grey bar at the top of your screen that tells you when you purchased it and has a "downloads" button. Click that and it'll take you to where you can download the files :)

Sadly not. Kickstarter backers already received DELVE, RISE, UMBRA, and UMBRA Stations for £7. I feel like that was thanks enough.

In hindsight, yeah that would've made more sense but I made UMBRA, RISE, and DELVE in 6 months so some rushed choices have stuck around for better or worse.

It's been taken down until I can rework it as there were daily questions about certain mechanics not working.

This is such an awesome little racing platformer game, you've done so well to make all the visual and audio effects make every collision, jump, and turn feel good.

10/10 would definitely buy a longer version of this :)

Most people like to write a bit of freeform backstory detailing how they took up the position of village witch in High Rannoc while others like to just jump in with their first patient. 

There's no rules for how to add them. You can indeed add them during a playthrough and I would recommend adding them whenever you want to introduce new content. 

Nightfall is probably the best expansion to get first as it doesn't introduce new plots, just night-time foraging and a few ailments.

That's just a weird bit of itch's formatting. Normally there are some community copies available that it counts as "exclusive content" so don't worry about it.

Hey that's awesome :) and yeah it can be played completely digitally all you need are cards and a journal so should be easy enough.

Go for DELVE, it's the most straightforward. UMBRA takes the same system and adds a bunch of new mechanics on top.
