I'm not good with computers tbh so this is most likely something really stupid and obvious, but whenever I download the file, it downloads as a file viewer instead of a zip file? And when I try opening it, it says I need to buy this upgrade thingy?T-T I know it says to install a file unzipper so if that's all I need to do please lmk, but I'm js confused cus I have so many vns on my laptop and none of them have done this before
